At English wiktionary's [[en:Wiktionary:Beer parlour|Beer Parlour]], the bot seems to be seen as not needed. There's a discussion on whether it be given a bot status or not. A-cai is helping to show our need for ASCII bot, the wiktionarian there see that the search engine is good enough for our ASCII purpose given that the ASCII is in the Min Nan article. Nothing final yet, I guess...

:Actually they might be right, though it still needs to be empirically proved. Even if that's true, I can still see a bot inserting ASCII into articles that don't have them. [[User:
